| Biosketch: |
| Dr. Zaher Hajar joined Nova Southeastern University (NSU) College of Pharmacy in 2012 as a Research Fellow in the Center for Consumer Health Informatics Research. Dr. Hajar earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at the Lebanese American University (LAU) School of Pharmacy, which carries the distinction of being the only ACPE-accredited program outside the United States. After graduating from LAU in 2010, Dr. Hajar worked with Eli Lilly and Company in Dubai, UAE where he focused on diabetes care and pharmaceutical industry marketing and sales.
At NSU, Dr. Hajar focuses on research in the fields of social media and healthcare, mHealth, and public health informatics. Dr. Hajar also co-precepts fourth year pharmacy students on their clinical research advanced pharmacy practice experience and serves as the advisor for the American Pharmacists Association - Academy of Student Pharmacists at Palm Beach. |
